What the heart knows, the intellect cannot tell.

Drunk in your love, how can I let you go.

You're my darling by day and my lover by night.

When I caught your eyes staring at me, in that moment I knew,I was yours.

Through the drapes of your innocence and shyness, I found your heart beating for me.

And just like that, you walked in quietly and put a smile on my face and refreshed my senses.

Why can't time stand still, so that I can hold you for a moment in my eyes...

Hold still,I'm not taking your photograph.

I'm listening to what your heart is saying through your eyes.

Love, a dance of two hearts to the same tune.

His distant look,lost in his thoughts,

Right in front of me and I miss his face.

My hands trying to reach him, but he moves away.

His voice drowning in the sound of traffic.

An ice cream only melting in my mouth...

But, the scent of my man comes alive in ways I never knew....

Reminding me of those times when I felt his touch, watched him smile, tasted his lips and heard him whisper...
