Interstate ride :) Bangalore to Hosur

       Ok,the ride was just 27 kms but turned out to be pretty eventful ride.Saturday Afternoon after having a tummy full yummy food,two girlies thinking of what to do next,while one of them suggests let's go for a walk,a long walk,the other girlie replies ok and they heads off,stops after few yards saying the roads are too crowded and to many people walking up and down the pavement to go for a relaxed walk.So,both of them agree for a bike ride and after recollecting all the places that still needs to be ticked on the ride list.Also keeping  track of the time,we finally decided on take the Elevated Express Highway on Hosur road and after that head all the way to Hosur which is a town in the other state of India,Tamil Nadu.Hence,the title interstate ride :) Another milestone accomplished on my Activa.
       The express highway was an absolute pleasure to ride on a lazy Saturday evening.Took the to and fro ticket for the highway,it costs 25 bucks for two wheeler.Just after few kms after the express highway,heard a funny sound from the back tire of my bike,my guess was right when we stopped to examine it.Decided to push further to find an opening to the service road to get the puncture fixed,the general public there was very helpful by giving us directions to where we could get the puncture fixed.Pushing an activa with a flat back tyre is not an easy task,but we had no other go and so we pushed.While pushing the bike,we saw to guys heading straight towards us,it just left me blinking for sometime,then I recognized my colleagues and jumped with joy,was just so happy to see them :) Girish and Manohar,they were heading home when they saw us pushing the bike.What a relief,Miracle I would say :) They helped us find a puncture fixing shop and pushed my bike all the way to the shop,stayed with us all the way till the tyre got fixed.
      It was 5:45 by the time we were ready to go again.We weren't sure how far was Karnataka and Tamil Nadu Border,we'll still gave it a try,we wanted to finish what we started.Surprisingly it didn't turn out to be that far and we had made it,it was another gratifying and full filling moment  for the evening.
    Went into Tamil Nadu,but didn't stay to have coffee just took a u turn and headed towards Karnataka :)
The sunset will blow you away :) big round gigantic ball of fire,sunset set orange.When an evening ends up with a ride,it's just a simple and a happy feeling :)
